  -          Physical Education provides cognitive content and instruction designed to develop motor skills, knowledge and behaviours for physical activity and physical fitness. Our children are given the opportunity to explore and develop habits in other areas of their lives as well through physical education activities. They learn sophisticated game rules in stages and are encouraged to demonstrate acceptable behaviours when they are engaged in any physical activity as a member of their diverse groups.
